After you decide on an apartment and we confirm availability, we will provide you with a rental agreement. Please note that in most cases, the apartment can be reserved up to 2 months in advance.

Initial payment-

• Agency Fee equivalent to one month rent.
• First month's rent
• Security deposit typically equivalent to two month's rent, however the deposit amounts vary at each apartment.
• Key money may be necessary.  Please confer a specific apartment page.
• Casualty insurance premium (2-year coverage 15,000 yen or maybe slightly higher)

Apartment Features-

All Tokyo Flat apartments feature heating and air conditioning, either hardwood floors or carpeting, private bathrooms, kitchens, space for a washing machine, and internet connection capability.

Utilities-

The costs of utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Of course, we assist tenants in making the arrangements with the utility providers (gas, water, electricity, internet access).
